I am writing to let you know that your man on duty who changed my tyre late last night on a slip road from Horningsea Road to the A14 was kind, courteous and reassuringly efficient. It was at about 9.45pm near a dangerously fast road and I was worried because my children were anxiously waiting at home. The service was excellent and I was soon on my way . It made me think that the money on the car insurance is definitely well spent and I will keep my business with Direct Line as a result.
